The villa is situated in Pune District of Maharashtra. The structure is erected within a plot size of 4500 Sq.Ft. with built up area of 4880 Sq.Ft. Most Roman houses have similar features and rooms. There is an entryway that leads to the main area of the house called the atrium. Other rooms such as bedrooms, dining room, and kitchen might be off to the sides of the atrium. Similarly, in our design we inculcated this feature wherein the grand entryway has double height columns with Coffered slab, a typical Roman feature. And exterior is articulated with beautiful cornices and lentils.
